How it works:

• Prepare a bowl of boiling water and a bowl of cold water.
• Put the mouthguard in the boiling water for about 20 seconds.
• Cool the mouthguard for about 1 second in the cold water.
• Put the mouthguard in your mouth and press against your teeth (note: do not bite!).
• Put the mouthguard back in the boiling water for about 5 seconds.
• Put the mouthguard back in your mouth and press with your tongue the mouthguard against your teeth; then bite into it gently.
• Let the mouthguard cool in the cold water.
