This is how you make this double-layered mouthguard to size

• Prepare a bowl of boiling and a bowl of cold water.
• Place the mouthguard in the boiling water for about 20 seconds.
• Cool the mouthguard in the cold water for about 1 second.
• Put the mouthguard in your mouth and press it against your teeth (note: don’t bite!).
• Put the mouthguard back in the boiling water for about 5 seconds.
• Put the mouthpiece back in your mouth and press the mouthpiece against your teeth with your tongue and then gently bite the mouthpiece.
• Put the mouthpiece back in the cold water and let it cool down
