Returns

You have a cooling-off period of fourteen days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and only in original packaging.

For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within fourteen days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to pay back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer. According to the law “distance selling” you have the right to return your order within 14 days. You can return or exchange your order or part of it to us. Naturally, the product must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

Products that are personalized or ordered especially for you cannot be returned. This concerns, for example, a budo band with your name embroidered on it.

Exchange

If you want to exchange one or more items for a different size, this is of course possible if in original condition. However, you must pay the shipping costs to return the items to us. We then pay the shipping costs to send the correct items to you. If you want to exchange, you only pay the shipping costs for the exchange of items once. For the exchange, also use the return form below on which you can note the desired items you want to receive.

Return form

Normally you will receive a return form with every order. You can return your order (or part of it) by sending it to our address together with the completed return form. In the unlikely event that you have not received the return form, you can still download it below.

Pay attention! Always state your order number on the return form. If we do not receive an order number, we can unfortunately not process your return.
