This adult (senior size) mouthguard for martial arts protects both your upper and lower teeth. During use, remove the center part of the mouthguard to allow air to pass through and make it easier for you to breathe. ATTENTION! The middle part must remain in place during the molding of your mouthguard, otherwise the air holes in your mouthguard will deform.

How to make a custom mouthguard for martial arts:

• Prepare a bowl of boiling water and a bowl of cold water.
• Put the mouthguard in the boiling water for about 20 seconds.
• Cool the mouthguard for about 1 second the cold water.
• Put the mouthguard in your mouth and press it against your teeth (note: do not bite!).
• Put the mouthguard back in the boiling water for about 5 seconds water.
• Put the mouthguard back in your mouth and press the mouthguard against your teeth with your tongue and then bite gently into the mouthguard.
• Put the mouthguard back in the cold water and let it cool
